Erin is a technology and commercial transactions attorney with over 25 years of experience guiding Fortune-scale and high-growth companies through the structuring and closure of high-stakes technology transactions. Her practice covers enterprise SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, strategic sourcing, privacy counseling and digital content distribution. She also delivers business-ready strategies on AI and data governance in the context of technology contracting.
A former big-firm lawyer and longtime boutique co-founder, Erin partners closely with in-house legal and business teams to negotiate and close critical agreements that align with operational realities. Clients credit her with streamlining negotiations, removing roadblocks, and moving deals forward without unnecessary friction.
She earned her J.D. from Seattle University and her B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Washington.
