Lauren Neiswender is a seasoned legal and business advisor with over 25 years of executive experience across high-impact roles, including General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Trade, Chief Financial Officer, Board Member, and outside counsel. She began her legal career at Wilson Sonsini, a top-ranked Am Law 50 firm known for its work with innovation-driven companies.

Lauren earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia and her B.A. in Political Science with a Co-Major in Ecology from Emory University.
