Shannon Stokke is a business, intellectual property, and technology transactions attorney with more than 25 years of experience advising both established companies and emerging growth ventures. She has extensive experience across technology, hospitality, retail, and creative industries, helping clients structure critical agreements and manage complex business issues.
Her background includes starting her career at a leading national technology law firm, serving as a partner at prominent Pacific Northwest law firms with national reach, and working in a lean in-house legal team. Whether advising founders or large corporate legal departments, Shannon is known for integrating seamlessly with client teams and delivering responsive, pragmatic, and business-savvy counsel.
Shannon earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan and her B.A. from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, and has been an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional since 2017. She also serves on the boards of Gage Academy of Art and the Mercer Island Schools Foundation.
